What is an AI roadmap and why does your firm need one
An AI roadmap is a structured plan that documents where your firm currently stands on AI adoption, where you want to get to, and how you intend to get there. It covers which tools you will use, which workflows they will be applied to, who is responsible, what the timeline looks like, and how you will measure success.
Without a roadmap, AI adoption in most firms stalls after initial enthusiasm. The typical pattern is that one or two people start using a tool, find it useful for their specific tasks, but firm-wide adoption never follows because there is no plan, no training, no quality standards, and no one accountable for progress.
